How do I get started?Getting started is easy. Reach out through my contact form or email me directly to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
A consultation provides an opportunity for me to get to know you and your home better, understand your challenges and goals, and allows time for you to ask me any questions you might have.
What communities do you serve? Do you travel?Tidy Haus is based in Arlington, MA. I work in communities within 30 minutes of travel time including: Acton, Arlington, Belmont, Bedford, Billerica, Brookline, Burlington, Cambridge, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Natick, Newton, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, Winchester and Woburn.
If you live outside of these areas, an accommodation may be possible and a travel fee may apply.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes! I carry General Commercial Liability Insurance and Errors & Omission (E&O). I am happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
Where will you take my discarded items?
I aim to remove unwanted items from your home in the most sustainable way possible, up to one car load per session. In most cases I will donate items to local organizations.
If you have preferred organizations for donation, we can work together to make sure I honor your requests.
How long do projects typically take?Project timelines depend on a variety of factors such as number of rooms in scope and the contents of each space.
I take into account any time sensitivity or deadlines, such as moving or renovation. During our initial consultation, I will provide a high-live estimate for project completion.
I typically work in 2-3 hour blocks. I keep you informed of progress after each session to ensure we stay on track and aligned on priorities.
What are the benefits of home organization?
There are countless benefits of home organization. It is more than an investment in your home, it also supports your wellbeing.
I will work with you as a collaborative partner to listen to your needs and support your goals every step of the way. Releasing clutter and improving organization systems will allow you to feel less stressed, more productive and enjoy a greater sense of calm and comfort in your home. You will save time and energy as spaces become more efficient to tidy and clean!
Once decluttering is complete, do I need to buy a specialized organizational system?Not necessarily! I am a believer in taking a "use what you have” approach.
If you have a space that we are working on that does not have an established organizational structure in place and could benefit from additional bins, boxes, containers, etc. I can take measurements and make product recommendations.
Above all, my goal is to create systems and solutions that feel intuitive and manageable for you to maintain.
What is holistic organization?
Holistic organization prioritizes a human-centered approach and integrates emotional, mental, physical and energetic aspects into the organizing process.
I believe in the power of changing how you feel in your home for the better through the process of decluttering and organizing.
I am pursuing a certification that incorporates feng shui principles into the decluttering process. I am excited to share this additional offering to clients later in 2026.
