Welcome!
I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Holly. I have long been a lover of home organization and design, and understanding how to create spaces that feel tidy and organized, yet functional and practical. One of my favorite authors, Gretchen Rubin, puts it simply and beautifully: “Outer order contributes to inner calm.”

As a parent, I understand first-hand the challenges of families living in smaller spaces that are typical in our community. Clutter can accumulate quickly, and it can be challenging to carve out time and energy to dedicate to organization projects and get spaces to a place that supports and reflects the season of life that you’re in. I strive to take a holistic approach in understanding the specific needs, challenges and goals of each client and their unique spaces.

Prior to starting my journey in professional organizing, I worked in corporate Talent Acquisition and Recruiting roles for global consulting companies for over a decade. This experience equipped me with many skills that I bring to my work - communication and collaboration, attention to detail, adopting a project management mindset and taking a structured, process-driven approach while staying flexible and open.

When I am not organizing, I enjoy many types of movement - walking, yoga, strength training, hiking, skiing - as well as reading, journaling, and cooking. I love spending time (especially outdoors!) with my family and planning our next vacation.

I am a proud member of NAPO and committed to continued education, research and trends in the Professional Productivity & Organizing industry.
